Film Season

The Guardian and Observer asked Wieden+Kennedy London to create an engaging piece of AV for film fans as part of their season celebrating all things film and cinema.

We made an online film that ran on guardian.co.uk and YouTube which referenced as many films as possible in 90 seconds. Readers who could name all the films could win them on DVD.

The page was one of the most viewed on the Guardian when it launched, was Film and TV Pick of the Day on Creativity Online, Spot of the Week on Lürzer’s Archive online, and was featured on Creative Review’s Blog and several others. The film is currently just shy of 100,000 views on YouTube.
